How do I take part?

Simple! Below is the summary of the two ways to participate in the A State of Trance 500 competition: share your event pictures or check-in to the radio show and celebrate at home.

One note though: the more pictures you upload from the parties, the better your chances of winning! The pics need to be unique though. Sending the same picture over and over again will not bring you closer to Bratislava!

If you attend an event

Party-goers attending one of the five parties, you can share all your events photos on the official A State of Trance website. The event picture stream will be online from March 17th onwards through our partnership with Flowd. By sharing your party pics, you could win the grand prize. The way to do this is simple:

  • Download Flowd on your Android or iPhone and sign up
  • While at one of the A State of Trance 500 parties; upload your party pics to the 'ASOT500' event, found under the Flowd App’s "Places" tab
  • Note: you need to be physically at the party place during the party time to be able to upload pictures to the event
  • Done. Your A State of Trance 500 picture is now uploaded to the official website!
  • You can also connect your Flowd to Facebook and Twitter to share the pictures of your visits with friends!

If you party at home

All you radio listeners – from March 13th onwards you can share your A State of Trance 500 experience with the world through Flowd! You can check-in to the radio show, upload your photos or talk to fellow trancefamily members on the event wall on Flowd. By checking into the radio show, you could also win the fabulous VIP package to Bratislava. The way to check-in is simple:

  • Download Flowd on your Android or iPhone and sign up
  • Under the Flowd App’s “Places” tab you will find the 'ASOT500 global radio show' (visible from March 13th onwards)
  • Check into the 'ASOT500 global radio show' by tapping the “Visit” button
  • Done!
  • You can also share your stories, comment on the radio show or upload pictures from your own A State of Trance 500 parties on the event wall. The floor is yours, this is an open space!
  • Note: If you don’t have a mobile phone of the above mentioned kind, you can also register to Flowd as a web user and check in directly on the event’s web wall.
