Armin van Buuren & Joseph Klibansky collaborate for ‘Universal Religion Chapter 5’ artwork

September 12, 2011

On September 30th, Armin van Buuren will release the new Chapter of his Universal Religion compilation series, recorded live at the world-famous club Space on party island Ibiza. The cover of Chapter 5 was created by Dutch artist Joseph Klibansky, whose art is known and shown in galleries all around the globe. Armin asked Klibansky to create a special version of one of his artworks,  to be the cover art for ‘Universal Religion Chapter 5’.

For this collaboration, Klibansky created a dreamy image of infinite, hidden details, blending past and future, challenging people’s perception. This piece of art will also be shown in his ‘New Urban Wonderland’ exhibition. It complements the many effects that music can have on its listeners, and that’s exactly what appeals Armin so much. The limited edition of ‘Universal Religion Chapter 5’ will contain a poster of this very special cover.

After years of residency in club Amnesia, Ibiza, Armin was ready for a new challenge. This summer, he kicked off his Be At Space residency in Playa D’en Bossa based club Space. And that’s exactly where the two mixes for ‘Universal Religion Chapter 5’ have been recorded. The album includes exclusive, unreleased tracks and remixes by the likes of BT, Andy Moor, Emma Hewitt and many more. Including 2 new remixes by Armin, as well as a new collaboration with Ferry Corsten, ‘Universal Religion Chapter 5’ is ready to hit the global charts.
