Due to the national tragedy on the 10th of April, the organiser of the event had to postpone the ASOT 450 to new date – the 24th of April. People who can’t attend it on the new date, can get the money back.
In order to get the refund, you need to:
1. fill the form available at the following address www.ftb.pl/_files/zwrot_asot450_en.doc
2. send the filled form to zwroty@ftb.pl to the 14th of April
3. send the printed form together with the tickets you bought (doesn’t apply to electronic tickets) to the following address via post (deadline: 16th of April)
